By booking and appointment, purchasing a voucher or package, or receiving services from Restore Essence Wellness, you agree to the terms and condition. Please read them carefully.

Services:

Restore Essence Wellness provides holistic therapies for relaxation, wellbeing and self-care purposes. These therapies are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis or treatment provided by a qualified healthcare professional.

Eligibility:

  • These treatments are currently available to female clients only.

  • Clients must be 18 years old or over.

  • Clients who are pregnant or have any medical conditions, injuries or health concerns must inform the therapist before booking and prior to treatment.

Bookings, deposits & cancellations:

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

  • A deposit of £15 is required when booking the session, which will be applied as a credit towards the scheduled treatment.

  • A 48h notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment when sufficient notice is given and within the deposit validity.

  • Late cancellations, missed appointment and no-shows may result in the loss of the deposit.

Payments and refunds:

  • Payment is due at the time of the appointment. Accepted methods include: Cash, bank transfer or card machine.

  • Once a treatment has been provided, refunds will not be issued.

  • Prices may be updated from time to time, clients will be informed of any changes in advance.

  • Advance payments or deposits for scheduled sessions are non-refundable but may be applied to rescheduled appointments if cancellation occurs within the terms of out cancellation policy.

  • Any products purchased with us are final sale and non-refundable. Please inspect all items at the time of purchase.

Health and consultation forms:

  • Clients are required to complete a form and provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their health.

  • Failure to disclose relevant medical information may affect the suitability and safety of the treatment.

  • In some circumstances, I may require written approval from you GP or healthcare professional before treatment can be provided.

Confidentiality:

  • Client information and consultation records are treated with respect and confidentiality.

  • Information collected during consultations is used solely to provide safe and appropriate treatments and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

Code of conduct:

  • Clients are expected to behave respectfully at all times.

  • Restore Essence Wellness reserves the right to refuse or terminate treatment where behaviour is considered inappropriate, abusive, threatening or unsafe.

Gift vouchers and packages:

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundablew annd cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Gift vouchers must be redeemed before their expiry date.

  • Expired vouchers cannot be reddemed, extended or replaced.

  • Packages and pre paid treatments must be used within the timeframe stated at the time of the purchase.

Changes to terms:

  • Restore Essence Wellness reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.

  • Updated versions will be published on the website.
